Key Responsibilities:

• Trading and Coordination: Coordinate with the cargo trading desk for bunker nominations and manage subsequent supply chain logistics with customers and agents. Manage ship nomination processes, including product loading, survey scheduling, and agent appointments. Manage and operate all cargo loading operations for cargoes as required.
• Operational Management: Develop and oversee the barge delivery schedule, coordinating closely with the trading desk to manage and communicate any delays or operational conflicts. Ensure quality and quantity controls are in place and adhered to during all bunkering operations.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to MARPOL and local regulatory requirements during all operations, ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Implement and oversee safety protocols and standard operating procedures on board the barge.
• Documentation and Reporting: Complete all necessary documentation for each delivery, maintaining accurate records of operations. Regularly update and report cargo volumes and operational status to the management team.
• Team Supervision: Supervise the barge crew, including cargo officers and other operational staff, ensuring professional and efficient operation. Provide ongoing training and support to team members to uphold high standards of operational excellence.
