Objectives:

Customer Success Manager (Trading Floor Manager):

  • Development of trainees and Junior Traders on the trading floor;
  • Customer development and leads;
  • Growing trainees and juniors till the Mid Level;
  • Internal project development
  • Arranging different projects to motivate traders;
  • Client retention strategies and counterparty engagement (gifts; events and etc);
  • Breakfasts; dinners with traders;
  • Giving feedbacks on monthly progress and achievements for desks, traders and supply traders
  • Coordination of support to junior traders from Seniors;

Requirements:

  • Former trader with managerial skills (min 7 years);
  • Or Success manager from shipping or trading company (7 years);
  • Or Former experience in client engagement; customer retention; project management;
  • Industries: Chemical; Agriculture; Real estate; Trading in petroleum products
  • 6 sigma; certified customer success management professional (CCSMP); candidates with project management certification preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day follow up with junior traders and trainees;
  • Progress monitoring of trainees and juniors;
  • Develop scripts; cold calls; scenarios; emails;
  • Monthly reporting on work progress to CEO;
  • Follow up on internal projects;
